Terms of Service

1. Object

Woopify (“we”, “us”) provides an online tool that extracts a public Shopify or WooCommerce store catalog and converts it into ready-to-import CSV files (“Service”). These terms govern all use of woopify.app.

2. Free preview

Any registered user may run a scrape and preview up to 25 products free of charge, with no payment method required. Sample CSV files (25 products) are also free.

3. Pricing — one-time, incl. taxes

  • Full export — $19 one-time per job (up to 2,000 products): native Shopify CSV + native WooCommerce CSV, images referenced by URL.
  • Images ZIP — +$4.99 one-time per job: all catalog images re-downloaded and zipped, named by SKU.

Prices are shown in USD, taxes included (TTC). No subscription, no renewal. Payment is processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and seller of record, which calculates and remits applicable taxes. 4. EU right of withdrawal

Because the full export is digital content whose performance begins immediately upon payment at your express request, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day EU right of withdrawal once the export starts (Art. L221-28 French Consumer Code). A checkbox at checkout records this consent. If an export is empty or unusable due to our bug, we regenerate it or refund you — see our Refund Policy or contact [email protected].

5. Fair use & prohibitions

  • You must own the scraped store or be authorized to export its catalog.
  • Only publicly accessible catalog pages: no accounts, no CAPTCHA solving, no checkout or personal data.
  • Reselling raw exports of third-party catalogs you do not own is prohibited.
  • Technical limits: 2,000 products/job, polite rate limits; abusive usage may be throttled.

6. Account & data

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page (jobs, exports, files, profile). Exports are stored 30 days, download links 7 days.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee exhaustiveness of scraped catalogs (protected stores, missing structured data) and are not liable for how you use exported data (notably re-import and resale compliance). Our liability is limited to amounts paid for the concerned job.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. EU consumers may refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. A certified consumer mediator will be designated before scaling EU sales; meanwhile contact [email protected] for any complaint (target reply: 2 business days).
